Kit comes complete with all of the fermentation tools you need, including a how-to booklet and recipes! Its glass-and-beechwood construction is dishwasher safe. Includes 3.17 qt glass jar with silicone lid, airlock and bung set, 2 ceramic pebbles and lid. Also includes a fermentation packer made of FSC-certified beech wood. Its textured mashing head is designed to break down ingredients, eliminate air bubbles and release tangy flavors.
