Giving Back for the Holidays
During this holiday season we, as a company wanted to give back to our community in some small way. Our employees selected to help our local warming shelter, “Day by Day Warming Shelter”. We decided to collect/donate supplies they were looking for to help them get through the long winter months. Many days/nights in Wisconsin are bitter cold and not everyone has a warm place to stay. Some of the items we collected were food, cleaning supplies, money, sleeping bags, scarves, hand warmers and mitten and hats. All together we collected what equaled to over $350.00. They were extremely grateful for what they called…”a very generous donation”.
It is a great feeling to know we are helping someone to get a warm meal, or even mittens for their hands when they must be outside.
